I build systems that make the next action obvious.

The best system doesn't tell you everything. It tells you what to do next. Thirteen years advising corporations on execution taught me the real problem in most businesses isn't knowledge or motivation. It's execution. Now I build the systems that fix it, in production, with live users. The current material is AI.

The problem I work on

Training is delivered. Strategy is agreed. Tools are bought. And behaviour doesn't change.

I learned why the hard way. Thirteen years leading corporations, watching capable people stall on one question: what do I do next?

Here's the root of it: organisations rely on people remembering what to do, instead of designing systems that make the next action obvious. That's not a knowledge gap or a motivation gap. It's a design problem, and design problems have design solutions. I build the systems that solve it, sitting inside the daily workflow, guiding the next action, keeping work consistent and policy-aligned, and turning intent into repeatable behaviour at scale.
